What are the groups about?
Our goal is to create a warm, non-judgemental atmosphere where people can talk openly about their OCD without embarrassment, as well as giving support and encouragement to each other.
Where and when do the groups meet?
Cromer support group - meets every fortnight on a Thursday
at Merchants Place, Church St, Cromer. NR27 9ES. 6.30pm - 8.30pm.
Kings Lynn support group - meets the 1st and 3rd Wed of each month,
at MIND centre, Saunders Yard, Kings Lynn. PE30 1PH. 6.30pm - 8.30pm.
Downham Market support group - meets the 2nd and 4th Wed of each month,
at MIND centre, 33A Lynn Road, Downham Market. PE38 9NJ. 6.30pm - 8.30pm.
